Electronic registration saves time and you can conveniently start a business without leaving home. Most business forms in Estonia can be registered electronically. Private limited companies (LTD), limited liability companies (LLC), general partnerships, limited partnerships (LP), and sole proprietors (SP) can be registered electronically, whereas public limited companies (PLC) and commercial associations can be registered only through a notary. At first, go to the e-Commercial Register\u2019s Company Registration Portal<\/a>. To access the site and register your company, you need an ID card or mobile ID and digital signature software to provide a digital signature.<\/p>\n

Then you must enter the details of the company to be established and founders, the name of the company and design a template for articles of association. Then pay the state fee and pay the share capital contribution. In Estonia, it is possible to establish a private limited company without paying in the share capital, but it is recommended to do so, because then it is possible to pay dividends.<\/p>\n
